Having a great and successful contest takes a great marketing presence in the office and on your social media platforms. Your entire team needs to implement the heck out of your contest material. If your team is excited about the contest… well your patients will be as excited as pigs in mud about it (and that’s pretty excited)!

Getting your entire TEAM involved and excited is the difference between a GREAT contest and an OK contest. When a contest is done right, it draws new people to your website and your social media. Now get to steppin’… use these simple steps and your contest will be hotter than blue blazes!

 

STEP 1

Make sure EVERY team member knows about the contest and the rules!

STEP 2

Every TEAM MEMBER should have handouts about the current contest at their station. They need to hand one to EVERY patient, EVERY VISIT!

STEP 3

In-Office Contest:

Your scheduling coordinator should make sure to ask EVERY patient before leaving,

“Did you enter the contest?”

Online Contest:

They should say,“I’ll be looking for your post for the contest. I can’t wait to see it.”

STEP 4

Everyone on the TEAM should also participate to gain excitement, especially if the contest is on your social media!

STEP 5

If you are HAVING FUN!!!!!
