Who: We are looking for a GREAT Graphic Designer who will be the next long-term member of our AWESOME team
What: We need a GREAT Graphic Designer who can bring their own unique knowledge and innovation to the table.
Where: We are based out of Newport News/ Yorktown, Virginia but if you’re GREAT, you can work from anywhere! We have awesome team members in South Carolina, North Carolina, Maryland, Ohio, Washington, and Hawaii!

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching and innovative designs for various digital and print media, including branding, marketing collateral, websites, social media and more.
- Conceptualize and develop design concepts, layouts and visual content.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
- Ensure projects are completed on time.
- Set up, label and export files properly.
- Be able to spell and catch spelling and grammar errors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
- Knowledge of digital and print design best practices.
